Inquires are answered Monday- Friday excluding holidays.

After receiving your request, a member from our staff will contact you via phone to go over your request. After said phone call you will receive another e-mail with an e-mail confirming your request along with an invoice. All invoices must be paid within 24hrs after receipt. All order must be paid in full before any work is started. All custom orders are of final sale.

Local Orders
Are accepted on Monday's only and pickup is available on Wednesday. or Thursday. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is ready for pickup.

Out of State Orders
Allow five business days for order processing. This excludes shipping times. Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier.
